March Empties

So I know soooooooo many beauty bloggers do a "Empties" post and I thought it would make sense to do one too. For me, I love reading them as it really lets me know what products bloggers "really" love, as they love them enough to use the entire thing.
So this is my empties for the month of March:

-Grown organic vanilla and orange peel hand cream- $24my goodness I love this, smells divine and makes my hands super soft, I particularily like to slather it on my mitts before I go to bed.
-L'Oreal ever pure shampoo and conditioner-$14.95 each one of the cheapest and best I have used in a long time. My hair is so bouncy and vibrant from using them!
-Arbonne translucent loose setting powder- my fave translucent powder to set my makeup and make it last all day long
-Dermalogica special cleansing gel- such a nice gentle cleanser which feels so nice on my skin and smells so relaxing
-Burt's Bees radiance eye creme- love this eye cream! My eyes feel so hydrated all day after using this eye creme and as you only need a tiny amount it lasts so long!
-Rexona hypo-allergenic body responsive deodrant- my go to deodrant that protects me all day long

This is how you get soft skin: Review of Burt's Bees Sugar Scrub

I have been bursting to tell you about this product!!! This is the brand spanking new Burt's Bees Cranberry & Pomegrante Sugar Scrub-$29.95.
When you lift the lid on this winner you are consumed by the sweet, sweet aroma of the Cranberry and Pomegrantes. When you peek inside you can actually see the seeds and the sugar granules. This scrub also containing shea butter for long lasting smoothness.

To Apply: There has been mixed reports as to how you apply it either onto wet or dry skin and with what. What I do is dampen my skin in the shower then turn the shower off. With my fingers I apply the scrub from my toes up, with each body section. I apply the scrub in circular motions bring that circulation towards my heart. This is the similar way that you would dry body brush. I find this is the best way as you need that moisture to get better contact on your skin and you don't want too much or it will just wash it all away.

When I washed off the scrub my skin is beyond smooth. I could feel the shea butter which has left a light residue onto my skin which I can tell is going to make the smoothness last on my skin. After I got out of the shower and dried my skin not only did it smell amazing but the silky smoothness, oh my gosh I can't even explain it to you. I barely even needed to apply moisturiser after but I did as it is good to lock in that mositure and you have just given your skin a massive work out and did I mention the smell? I honesltly looked at the tub thinking... could I eat that? Only to read "not to be consumed" obviously I am not the first person to think this stuff looked good enough to eat!

The next day my skin was still baby smooth and I know this is going to be a regular purchase for me.

I will continue to use this product once a week for a good body shake up and to get really get the blood pumping and my skin oh so smooth.

You can find this product: at David Jones, Priceline and selected pharmacies.

Yum!!

Burt's Bees gets a makeover!

I love, love, love Burt's Bees. They are a good, natural skin care brand, simple as that. I have been a fan of their Naturally Nourishing Milk and Honey Body Lotion for a long time now, bottles worth in fact. Now it is with my great pleasure to introduce the new and improved Naturally Nourishing Milk and Honey Body Lotion-$19.95.

I loved this lotion anyway so when I was told they were revamping it I was so excited! I compared the 2 lotions apart from different packaging at first the differences were subtle.
The one difference I did really notice in the change in formular is that this new cream is thicker and absorbs better into the skin then ever before. It still has that delicious scent of honey which makes me constantly want to smell my arms yummo... The vitamin E, coconut and grapeseed oil mean that my skin stays hydrated all night long.

I will always love the fact that this moisturiser is 99% natural with no Sulfates, Parabeens or Petrochemicals, sweet!

So treat yourself and your body.

With Burt's Bees now being available in Priceline along with David Jones and selected Pharmacies it is so easy to get your hands on.

Radiate your skin with this beautiful exfoliating body wash

Being the huge fan of Burt's Bees that I am this product was the next on my list to try. This product Burt's Bees Radiance Exfoliating Body Wash with Royal Jelly and Jojoba beads- $19.95. It really is wonderful. It has tiny little beads which are delicate on your skin, it smells wonderful, like all Burt's Bees products do slightly sweet.
It gently removes dead skin cells from the surface of your skin and I love to use it on my hand mittens when I am exfoliating my skin, the night before I fake tan in the shower. Not only does my skin feel delightfully smooth but I smell delicious!

You can buy Burt's Bees: In David Jones, Myer, Priceline and selected stores.

An eye creme to soothe, heal and repair your beautiful eyes, thanks Burt's Bees!

What I would love to talk to you about is this delightful little eye creme. I have been absolutely hanging to tell you about this post since the very first time I placed it around my eyes but being the good blogger I am I waiting patiently to see out my 2 week trial to see the results before posting this blog.
I can tell you one thing, my opinion of this eye creme has not once differed from my first use.

The eye creme I am referring to is none other then Burt's Bees Radiance Eye Creme with Royal Jelly-$34.95.

The list of wonderful ingredients
My last eye creme has actually run out and I was as keen as mustard to try a Burt's Bees one especially considering how much I have loved each and every other product that I have tried.

The beautiful little pot of heaven
My favourite ingredient? Why the Rosehip oil of cause!
Rosehip oil is a little joy, not only does it nourish and hydrate your skin but it improves the condition of fine lines so I know I am in good hands.

When you apply the cream you will notice that it is only very subtly naturally fragranced and there are no additional smells which I love as I am not a fan of fragranced creams on my face unless they are beautiful oils.

The cream blends in well with your skin and I notice it feels so hydrated for a long time after using it. Not only has it made my eyes feel amazing after and awake but the condition of the skin around my eyes feels great.

I make sure I use mine morning and night and you only need a tiny, little bit as it spreads far.

I will be using this little baby til it all runs out. I highly encourage anyone to try this cream as it's not only effective but feels amazing.

Since you guys went bananas over Burt's Bees here is another one I love...

When I did my post about Burt's Bees Milk and Honey Nourishing Body Lotion yesterday you guys went nuts! But nuts in a good way not in a throwing peanuts at me way, jeez!
So I thought why not mention another prod of theirs that I am going nuts over. (ok, ok, I'll stop with the nuts puns)

This product is the Burt's Bees Replenishing Lip Balm with Pomegranate Oil-$6.95.

I bought it from Priceline recently and it has done wonders for my lips. I find it just gives the slightest hint of colour and instantly makes my lips so super smooth which I think the Pomegranate oil is great for. It also contains many other wonderful oils such as sunflower and coconut oil and the condition of my lips has never been better!

Here is a pic of me re-applying yet again as I love it so much! I am going to go through these little tubes so quickly I can tell.

It's great for: This crazy weather when you do not know whether it is hot or cold. Loving the all natural part too!

Get amongst it people!!

Here is me being re-applying my Burt's Bees-yet again!

Burt's Bees is the Bee's Knees....

I had a little baby bottle of this that I was given a while ago and the lovely girls at Burt's Bees recently sent me a big bottle yay!!!
I must tell you about my love for their Naturally Nourishing Milk and Honey Body Lotion-$26
This cream really is amazing, not only does it smell absolutely delish but I love the way it feels on my skin.
To me it isn't too thick which I think is perfect for me to apply in the morning as it is very easily and quickly absorbed.
The soft, summery scent stays on my skin throughout the day and it really keeps my skin hydrated long after I have applied it to my skin.
The great point with Burt's Bees products is its 98.25% natural ingredients so I feel like this is something that is good for my body and not a harsh chemical sort of product.
I like that if I have tanned my skin (which is pretty much a given from now on) if hides any fake tan smell which is a bonus!
I also find that at night I may apply a little bit more but it still feels just as good as a thick night lotion that I might use.
All in all really you can't beat that smell.... ahhhhh bliss....

You can buy it: at David Jones and now Priceline and some other selected stores.

Is it weird that I keep smelling my arm?
